Solar / E.ON / 2016
The goal for E.ON Solar was to realize a project that vividly illustrates how many solar arrays the company sells and how much CO2 and nuclear power reactors are saved through this. ASK created an overhead light installation, resembling scoreboards in big stadiums. It interactively reflects the company’s numbers. The printed circuit boards are custom-made, meaning that every illuminated dot can be controlled individually to represent the progress of the company in real-time. Brightness and colour can also be changed separately. The installation is located in the E.ON Solar headquarters and constantly updates itself, providing live progress.
